Catarct, most of the times, is senile change. Surgery is generally advised which is well accepted and success ratio is very high. Some people believe in ayurvedic rejuvenations and anjan therapy by which it halts further deterioration. Choice lies with person. Hi, 1) please get your cholesterol levels under control. For the spots on eye lid called xanthelasma, you can consult local dermatologist. They will remove it via a small procedure. 2) please consult urologist. It could be bph issue. 3) you need not take any medication as such, unless you face issues like hot flares, mood swings etc. Kindly consult gynecologist for the same.

you are asking or telling us, that's not confirmed in your text.any way if you ask for is cataract is solve without surgery,then my answer is not,because it's mostly surgical process. better to consult any good opthalmologist near your place. they can suggest you better

I am sorry to hear that you are still suffering. The cervical spinal problem can be discussed with neurosurgeon. There is no specific curative therapy for knee degenrative changes escept hot fomentation, analgesia and avoidance of excessive knee bending and maintaining a healthy body weight. However, there are some antispasmodics that can reduce muscle spasm.
