Hello, I am not very much convinced that you have complex partial seizures, the granuloma though in temporal region can induce seizures but the sequence is not suggestive at all according to the information you have posted. You can try a video eeg to further investigate the cause for same.

each medicine though has a dose and is to be used accordingly, its not fair neither correct to discuss the use of medicines without knowing the disease and the aim of prescribing medicines it will be best for you if you consult the doctor who has prescribed the medication. Yes you may take the vaccine. There is currently no relation between seizures and covid vaccine reactions. Just inform your provider about the allergies or other health problems you have (if any). You may get some fever and bodyaches after the shot which is normal. Take tab dolo for min 2 days even if you don't have fever to be on safe side on the seizure aspect.
