Get the stool tested and confirm that it is worm. No anthelmintic are very much safe in first trimester. Wait till middle of second trimester.

In pregnancy, You can safely use routine remedies like ENO, buttermilk, decreased amount of spices in food and having small frequent meals to deal with gas problems. If it doesn't settle then do try antacid syrups instead of tablets. They don't have any negative impact on the baby. You can even try home remedies like isaphgol. Good luck.
