Females would be more stable during this trimester emotionally and physically. Less complaints of nausea and other complaints and due to harmonal changes usually desire is more during this trimester. As you r 34 years of age, dual marker test alond with nt scan to be done at 11-14 weeks of pregnancy.
Then 19 weeks anamoly scan. Then glucose screening test with cbc and blood group with urine microscopy at 26 weeks of pregnancy.

Yes, if you're having normal, health pregnancy without any complications, sex is totally safe right up to the day of delivery.
It won't hurt the baby as it is protected with amniotic fluid and blocked by cervix.
You shouldn't have sex with certain conditions like placenta previa or if the membrance reputed (when water breaks).
