Hello-
First, it is highly unlikely you have sebaceous cysts in this area. True sebaceous cysts, steatocystoma multiplex, are found on the chest wall, armpits, and occasionally on the arm. You are far more likely to have scrotal cysts, which are basically epidermoid cysts. These are keratin filled, not sebum filled and have nothing to do with the sebaceous gland. No, you may not have a Bartholin cyst on labia majora. Bartholin glands are located on both sides of vaginal openings and their blockage is what causes Bartholin cysts. However, it is possible to get a cyst on labia majora due to blockage of oil glands located there forming a sebaceous cyst.
Feel free to reach me if you have further queries, Take care :)

This probably is a sebaceous skin cyst. These cysts are very common and may be surgically removed under a local anesthetic However you should see a Plastic surgeon to make sure that this lump is not something else that requires more immediate attention.

Hello-
Yes the cyst can be resolved by Ayurvedic treatment. No need for surgery at all. The cyst can be due to obstructed hair follicle or due to obstructed sebaceous gland, which can be minimised by reducing the inflammation/infection of the site by the help of herbal medications.
