First, it is highly unlikely you have sebaceous cysts in this area. True sebaceous cysts, steatocystoma multiplex, are found on the chest wall, armpits, and occasionally on the arm. You are far more likely to have scrotal cysts, which are basically epidermoid cysts. These are keratin filled, not sebum filled and have nothing to do with the sebaceous gland. No, you may not have a Bartholin cyst on labia majora. Bartholin glands are located on both sides of vaginal openings and their blockage is what causes Bartholin cysts. However, it is possible to get a cyst on labia majora due to blockage of oil glands located there forming a sebaceous cyst.
