Sebaceous cysts are also called as epidermoid cysts are characterized by the formation of small bumps beneath the skin, which are, however, noncancerous and can appear anywhere on the neck or face. Usually arising from sebaceous glands, sebaceous cysts are often harmless and take a long time to grow and develop. They normally do not cause any severe problems as such, but if they tend to be bothersome and painful, then you consult a doctor for treatment and diagnosis.

Sebaceous treat can be removed surgically if its painful or secondarily infected. Otherwise no treatment is required and it can be left as it is indefinitely. Good luck.

The instructions must have been given by your surgeon.
If not given then consult and ask him
it is his duty.

No it is not.
The cyst is mostly non infectious but if you use needle then you will definitely give the bacteria and virus a way to enter.
It can cause complications or permanent mark on the face.
Better take homeopathic treatment.
You can consult me at Lybrate.

Dear Madam

If the cyst is infected, it is wise to remove it under antibiotic cover.

Aloe is an antibiotic but of milder character.
