if swelling is superficially on scrotal skin.It could be sebaceous cyst.If in scrotum (Epydymal cyst,....etc)

You hve the left ovary intact. pls take ovulation induction therapy from an infertility expert and follicular monitoring to see if u r ovulating from the remaining ovary. You also need to get your tubal patency test/ HSG done too.
