Sebaceous cyst usually does not need to be treated unless it is red ie inflammation is present or is causing a cosmetic problem.
Inflamed cysts usually are treated by draining the fluid and removing the shell that form the wall of the cyst.
Hope this answer helps u.

If the cut (incision) was closed with stitches, it will probably take about 4 weeks to completely heal. If your incision is left open, it may take from a few weeks to several months to heal. After the incision has healed, you will have a scar where the cyst was removed.

Multiple sebaceous cysts over the scrotum is a rare condition but should be promptly treated if infected to avoid fatal sequels such as Fournier's gangrene. Pedicle inguinal flap technique for the coverage of bare testes provides better cosmetic results than skin grafting and inner thigh pouch implantation of testes.

Normally, hair grows from hair follicles in the pores, and the sebum-producing sebaceous glands lie underneath. When these pores are plugged, the dead skin cells in the open pore react with oxygen in the air and turn black, forming a blackhead. You should absolutely not squeeze blackheads. Squeezing a spot can push the inflammation deeper and this can cause scarring of the skin.

A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily, semi-solid material called sebum. Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis.
