The mainstay of treatment is to avoid straining. Diet has to be modified and lifestyle changes have to be made. Why don't we have a call regarding all this so a proper plan can be laid out with dietary and lifestyle changes and restrictions? Please feel free to consult with me regarding this.

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but I will be happy to assist you.
The tetanus bacteria can infect a person even through a tiny scratch. But you are more likely to get tetanus through deep punctures from wounds created by nails or knives.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

The effect lasts for 6 months. Unless you wanted to have continuous protection for tetanus, you do not require repeat injections. Only when there is an injury or cut in your skin you will need to protect yourself. But for some reason if you wanted to have life long protection, approach your local doctor for giving it as a regime
