you might have faced testicular atrophy. It is a medical condition in which the male reproductive organs (the testes, which in humans are located in the scrotum) diminish in size and may be accompanied by loss of function. Fortunately it can be cured in early stages. Go for a testicular ultrasound and share reports for further guidance.

In normal conditions right side testicle is slightly larger than left. If more difference present, consult with doctor.
