I feel as per your text, you may have scoliosis or kyphosis. If it's affecting too much you have to consult with orthopedic whether surgery is needed or not. Otherwise pain physician can help you with interventional pain therapy.

Depending on whether your scoliotic curve is structural/postural exact treatment can be decided.You can do one arn hanging exercise but first consult a physio,get examined and then start.If the curve is postural,proper exercises can help.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
