I feel as per your text, you may have scoliosis or kyphosis. If it's affecting too much you have to consult with orthopedic whether surgery is needed or not. Otherwise pain physician can help you with interventional pain therapy.

you can visit any acupuncturist near you there you will get total relief from your pain that I assure you. Ask him to do fire cupping near the pain area. Once in three days. And dry cupping after three sittings of fire cupping for 5 days alternate days.

Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
