Hello, gynecomastia is a very common problem in men. It's a aberration of normal development. Most of the times there is no underlying cause. You won't need any more investigation. Though some have taken oral tamoxifen the results are not good and tends to recur. Treatment is surgery where liposuction and gland excision is done. It's a day care procedure and you can get back to work in 3 days. It's a very satisfying procedure. Contact personally for more details.

In case you have hyperprolactinemia, then the most common cause is a Pituitary tumor. I am not sure if that will be anyway addressed by Homeopathic medications. Although the symptoms are that of excessive milk secretion, for now, the tumor in due course cause a lot of problems (difficulty in vision, headache, Loss of smell, etc). Injecting a dilute solution (4%) of ethyl alcohol for chemical neurolysis is a good alternative to other conservative treatments (such as cortisone injections) and surgical options for foot neuromas. There are very few reported complications with this technique and the success rate is relatively high.

Hello sir. Definitely he can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision will give him the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia he is having and the associated factors. Cost again depends upon the same factors. You can text me with the pictures to know anything more online.
