Take the filaria suspected person to a health centre; do check-up and give treatment-if needed. Do cleaning of your neighbourhood and avoid open water collections and solid waste collections in your area. Give health education to community on filariasis control.

Get an ent consultation and do needful. Also you can take care of her oral hygeine; restricting cold exposure; restrict oily ,fried, junk food; cold food &;give warm food and water regularly. Avoid very loud crying by child; keep child happy and well protected from cold climate.

Betadine gargle add 5 ml in warm water gargle it n spit it out before meals two times.
Put liquorice or dry gooseberry or dry plum anyone which is available n suck. Liquorice mulethi is very beneficial.
