Respected Lybrate user. I don't know which type of workouts you are practicing. Please stop it's. And consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment and also physical therapy treatment are follow some time. After that planning to decide which type of workouts most important to you. Discuss with your trainer and your physical therapist.

Respected Lybrate user. Please must be know. What the reason exactly for your back pain/ hamstrings/ leg/feet. Please consult orthopedic doctor. To finds the problem./ confirm what it is. And take adequate treatment. Precautions.preventive measures. If need physiotherapy also. Don't take harmful risks. Don't take any chance to your health. Be careful. Must be consult your doctor.
