Sciatica is not due to muscular pain.in sciatica you get pain starting from back going towards leg .if the pattern of pain is not like that probably thats not sciatica. And consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment and also physical therapy treatment are follow some time. After that planning to decide which type of workouts most important to you. Sciatica sometimes does not even exist. It is pseudosciatica that mimic sciatica pain. Few exercise and postural correction can cure the problem. I wish to see past medical reports of the patient. Consult me privately if interested.
