There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc.
2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats.
3. Avoid processed and junk foods.
4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful.
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Have a light dinner.
7. Evening walk is always recommended.
8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements.

For your sight, simplest solution is to use spectacles. Another alternative is to use contact lenses (needs everyday insertion & removal before sleep at night). 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals…
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals…
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily…
Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.
