Hi lybrate-user, are those scars or spots? We need to differentiate between the two because acne scars requires methods like lasers, peels, microneedling etc, while spots can be treated by oral and topical medicines. It will take minimum a month for spots to lighten if you do proper treatment. You can take food items rich in vitamin c, that would help spots to lighten. Apply proper sunscreens daily.
