First of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. I understand that you have been fairly alright with having varicose veins for the last 30 years. But body has a tolerance. If your scan is showing damage which requires it to be treated, it is better to undergo the procedure in order to avoid complications. Skin damage in Varicose veins is not completely reversible. Any procedure associated with Varicose veins has a 10-15% risk of recurrence. I am not sure as to who does laser varicose vein procedure at Kolkata.
