Salabrasion is an ancient method for removing tattoos, first developed in the Middle East, but modern methods like selective laser removal and dermabrasion are much more effective at removing the tattoo and will prevent excessive scarring of the affected area.[14]

Scars improve over time at-least 1 year or more. If they do not improve then plastic surgery consultation may be sought. Scars can be improved by surgery but not deleted. Once the scars form they are mature in 8 months to a year and generally they do not disappear.

Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. Less likely, that any of the oils can remove the permanent tattoos. These you can discuss accordingly on contacting.

Dear lybrate-user.
We are routinely performing laparoscopic Hysterectomy, it has definitely advantage over open surgery but again it all depends why hysterectomy is required what is the indication and who is performing.
In good hands both open and laparoscopic hysterectomy will give satisfactory results.
