It is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly

Hello, Scalp micropigmentation is like body tatooing. It is not painful procedure. It does help give the illusion of hair density. Not many side effects are there. Depending on the technique and type of ink though they claim as permanent you may require some touchup every 5 years. The natural look depends on the technical skill of the person doing it. The results though seen immediately the proper results are seen by 2 months when the initial dark look fades.

From your description it appears as if you are having scalp psoriasis in which I have itchy and flaky skin with dry hair and scalp. I'm not sure head and shoulders played a role in worsening your condition but yes you need treatment for it, proper homeopathic treatment. Not agreed becoz patient of headache needs immediate relief but suggesting treatment for three months as Ifeel, is undesirable. More so patient is interested to know the reason of the headache but doctor is telling about the treatment which appears to irrelevant with reference to the question. As a medical advice it would have been better if the doctor have suggested the patient, to get his eye sight checked which is a very common cause of such type of pain.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

you have to avoid oily spicy fried salty food stuffs etc. To get rid of your problem you may use oil Nilibharangadi on hair roots.
