Using hair removal cream on your private parts is a normal thing. You might have used a more aggressive cream. Try to use a skin sensitive cream which is especially made for the sensitive skins. Uh, from your question it looks like you might have some sensitive skin and that has caused some allergic reaction in your private parts.
