I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
For most people, braces are the safest and most effective way to permanently straighten their teeth. If your teeth are only slightly crooked or just a bit crowded, an orthodontist-prescribed retainer may be enough to get them straight.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling.. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, as you have mentioned I feel you would require to see an orthodontist for correction of teeth. Nowadays there are many advanced appliances other than braces like aligners esp invisalign which can be helpful. The main thing is diagnosis that whether aligners will work for you the best and for that assessment you would need to visit your orthodontist nearby. For more information contact me at mobile.
