Usually txt is required if tooth is already exposed if you have a x-ray of the area send on line than can adv you accordingly.

Purpose of crown/cap is to support and provide strength to tooth structure. Because the tooth becomes a bit brittle after rct. So it's always advised to get the tooth structure supported with a cap.

If the tooth is tooth much damaged then nothing can be done except. For root canal treatment and cap .or else if we do simple filling you might get. More pain and swelling.

But rct doctor says that I don't require rct because I don't feel any kind of a pain in my nerves. So I want to what is the procedure to fix my tooth & can I go for cap procedure without rct?

Join a gym or yoga. The instructor will show you. It will take at least 6 months with proper diet. Doctors are not gym instructor. If you have a disease we can prescribe/show you physiotherapy.
