Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by -
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home)
2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon.

Hi I am 38 years old male suffering from severe itching and scaled dry skin on hands and elbows from almost 10 years. Skin Dr. Says its psoriasis. Is there sone homeopathic cure for it? symptoms are severe dry scaly skin with intolerable itching especially immediate after waking from bed after sleep and after if I take spicy sauce, pickle or some warm foods. Itching is so severe that I feel I should cut my fingers to get rid of it. Cold water soothes the skin. Skin on my hands look very ugly with dry scaly patches also on palm. Hi, you can use vit C. It reduces dark spots to some extent. Further treatment can be advised only after assessing the dark spots to identify its cause. Hi, pls protect your skin with sunscreen during the day. Stop the vit C if the skin is getting darker with it. Vit C may cause irritation or sensitivity in some people if its concentration is high or if its ingredients are unstable.

My skin around the corners of my nose and just below the lower lip appears to be unusually darker than the rest of my face. Also, I think there are lot of whitish bumps all over the above mentioned areas, along with flaky skin especially on the corners of my nose. (i have this constant urge to scrub them off. Hi, please stop using eumosone m cream. It contains a steroid and can give side effects if used without a doctor's supervision. Flaking and pigmentation over nose corners and below lips can be due to seborrheic dermatitis. It would require dermatologist assessment and treatment. You could use anti dandruff shampoo to clean the flakes twice a week during bath. Niacinamide can be tried for pigmentation. Do consult your local dermatologist for the best treatment advice.

tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.
