I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The rash and itching of scabies can persist for several weeks to a month after treatment, even if the treatment was successful and all the mites and eggs have been killed. Your health care provider may prescribe additional medication to relieve itching if it is severe.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

For scabies, permethrin is good. Once overnight application. And with a single dose of ivermectin in the correct dose. Also make sure to wash your clothes and dry them out, plus your bedsheet, and quilt.

All her clothes, bread spreads and blankets or any of her garments have to be washed with hot water and detergent with dettol. She should not maintain any physical contact with people. She should sleep separately and shower right before bed so application of the cream will be very helpful overnight. It will be better if she does not go to work for a few days until it settles, as scabies can spread very quickly. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
