I am 27 years old female had one baby 20 months old, my torch test come out positive. With rubella igg 71, cytomegalo virusigg 279, taxoplasmosisigg 21.66.before one months taxoplamis is 79, rubella36,cmv78. Dz month my cmv n rubella increased much I am taking spiramycin once in a day. Why they increase. I am plan fr pregnancy. Should I stop that. May I know how to get rid of virus from Body. Old help out.

More important test to do is IgM of cyto, toxo, Hepres. Rubella not required. TORCH not of much omportance.

Vaginal ulcer operation happened of my mother ,as per biopsy report Moderately differentiated infiltrating squamous cell, carcinoma and in MRI pelvis report findings evidence of an enlarged lymph node (about 20mmx 11 mm) with restricted diffusion, seen in left internal iliac group along with similar prominent lymph node in right internal iliac group and enlarged similar lymph node in left inguinal region (about 24x16 cm. A prominent lymph node seen in right inguinal region .likely metastatic. CT Upper Abdomen report .small calculus measuring 2.5 mm in interpolation calyx of right kidney .impression: Case of Vulval CA evaluation. Need suggestions. Operation need to be required? Can it remove through medicine? Can she lead as normal life if operation happened? Chomo to be required?

Dear lybrate-user, you need to provide reference range also as they differ lab to lab also. Secondly why was it done. Routinely torch test is not done.

Hello Dr, Meri shadi ko 3 year ho gye he. October 17 me mere miscarriage hua tha. That time I was 3 month pregnant And my thyroid was TSH 9.39.I had a TORCH test before 7 month as I met with miscarriage. The TORCH results were rubella IgG positive 90, rubella IgM negative 0.13, CMV IgG positive (43) and CMV IgM antibody negative (0.09). I want to know whether I am at the risk of TORCH infection? Am I TORCH positive? Then Doctor asked me to get Rubella vaccine. But for second opinion I changed my doctor. Second Dr. Said me your miscarriage was caused by thyroid and not because of rubella. Then he suggested me thyrox 50 mg. My irregular periods get regular. And after 3 month thyroid get normal then Dr. Suggested me to plan baby. He continued thyrox 50 mg. I planned n try my best. Period get missed but pregnancy test was negative because my thyroid become negative 0.02. Again period get irregular. Then he gave me thyrox 25 mg and regulate tablet and newova at 5th day of period. Now my menstrual is running but bleeding flow is not well. I do not understand what can I do get pregnant?

I also agree with your second doctor. U will have to continue with tab thyrox and letrozole for ovulation. Follow her advice and in short time you will become pregnant again. Don’t worry.

Rubella IGG is useless. If IGM is positive then your baby can have eye and brain damage so better to decide after anomaly scan.

Torch test results toxoplasma igm =0.49 units coi rubella igm 0.22 coi cytomegalovirus igm 0.29 coi hsv1 0.36 AIV HSV2 Igm 0.46 AIV. WHAT MEANS ABOUT THIS TEST RESULT I also want to that a woman which had rubella in her first pregnancy has treated now. Is she is now also spread rubella to another pregnant woman or not.

Ab meri Dr. Kh rhe h ki rubella ki koi medicine nhi hoti ye khud se thik hota h .aisa hi h kya rebella ki koi medine nhi hoti kya. Mujhe koi or problem h kya jiski vjah se aisa ho rha h. please meri help karo mujhe ab kya krna chahiye.
