These are not symptoms.

weight is ok. But should not take deviry after ovulation.
There are other forms like susten to support pregnancy.

If pain is spasmodic- meaning intermittent only for few seconds but regularly repeating must go to gynecologist immediately.
Otherwise if sonography already done and normal nothing specific to be done for complaint.
If sonography not done- consult gynecologist at the earliest.

Normally after egg rupture and no pregnancy menstruation results.
Sometimes in hormonal imbalance may not happen ask treating gynecoologist for further management.
