Last year in September I did an ultrasound, my spleen was enlarged 12.4. Today I did an ultrasound and it was back to normal size 9.2. Can you please tell me how is it possible? Can spleen come back to normal shape on its own without any treatment?

Even 12.4 is not enlarged, its on higher side! And 9 is absolutely normal! Its nthng bt measurement mistake.

Hi, I have fatty liver and my spleen is large and platelets varies between 55k-70k. Had three liver biopsy out of those last two shows I do not have any chirosis. What could be the cause of enlarged spleen and can the fatty liver be reversed and how, what I need to do for that. Thanks in advance!

Do sex every day now on it may rupture any time and it is better to do sex before rupture than after rupture.

If you had intercourse even once, hymen is already ruptured. She may be having pain at the time of intercourse, which will go after some time. You can use vlg gel i. E. Vaginal lubricating gel at the time of sex to prevent pain for her. Having pain at the time of sex, does not mean that her hymen is not ruptured.

According to these report, there is no problem with the endometrium and egg.
But you need to find out whether tubes are open or not, for that get an HSG test done , if not done earlier.
Also semen analysis of husband done.
