TSH levels tend to vary a lot during pregnancy. But that doesn't mean that TSH of 6.1 is normal. We keep the TSH levels below 2.5 in pregnancy. So, you must take thyronorm tablet as advised by your doctor. Abnormal thyroid levels during pregnancy are a common cause of abortion in pregnancy. Foods of cabbage family are to be avoided by thyroid patients. Yes, you can use these balms for headache.

Hello,
It is difficult to confirm pregnancy at this point. Please wait for your expected period to confirm pregnancy. Meanwhile, you can start taking folic acid tablets. If your pregnancy gets confirmed then we need to evaluate and do some tests as your blood group is A negative

Your AMH level is very low But have you done antral follicular count by sonography by which your ovarian capacity to produce eggs can be assessed. You can consult a fertility specialist and use DHEA for few months which has shown good results in few patients. Meanwhile you will have to take antibiotics to control your PID and also try to loose weight .The ultimate option will be donor egg IVF.

Good evening. I am 26 female. I got married on August 30, 2015. My husband is a RCI scientist DRDO Hyderabad. My urine as well as hcg confirmed on October month 2015 while I was in Tamil nadu then I got spotting on 45 days from my last period starting date. My period is regular 30 days once. Then I checked with gynecologist she gave result as abortion. Then again Feb 2016 got pregnant same urine and hcg positive again spotting on 40 days, I went to different gynecologist in Hyderabad she recommended me to take TORCH test in that igm is negative, igg rubella and herpes simplex positive in listing then comments as negative only, Dr. gave some tablets for 5 days. Then recommended us for baby plan later. My husband has hearing problem and soft voice he can understand only lip moments due to this He is always misunderstanding me, I came to know this after marriage only due to I am islamic girl. He is doubting me for torch igg herpes positive by searching in internet but my torch comments In torch as negative. Then again April 2016 my urine test got positive result also got spotting in 40 days then went doctor she recommended hormone assay test for me that shows normal value and also torch test to my husband he is having igg rubella and cytomegalovirus as positive remaining negative, also thyroid 7.06 then doctor advised us to take medicine for torch infection for 60 days I took medicine but he refused to take and blaming me by assuming that he got cytomegalovirus from me as sexually transmitted disease. Finally he abused and left me in my mom home from past 7 months. I want to know the reason for my continuous abortion. Did Igg positive affect the baby? My husband sperm is looking like water. I felt like it came out in morning as it is. He blamed me that I can not get pregnant. Now we are separated without divorce. He didn't understand me properly. I just want to know what is the reason for the abortions. What test should I take further that I can fit for pregnancy?

I have posted reply as if I am addressing your husband to clear his and your doubts. He needs to understand that Rubella is a viral infection which occurs once in a life time. IgG against Rubella only means your wife is immune to this virus (she
either had the infection in childhood or was immunized against it) and not only is it not harmful to her future pregnancies it is
virtually a guarantee that she will not get this infection during her next pregnancy. Rubella is harmful if, and onl...more

As long as IgM is negative, Ig G positivity is nothing to worry. It just tells that you had rubella earlier in life. U have no current infection.

The TORCH screen is a group of blood tests that check for several different infections in a newborn. TORCH stands for toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex, and HIV, but it can also include other newborn infections. Sometimes the test is spelled TORCHS, where the extra "S" stands for syphilis.

A positive antinuclear antibody (ANA) test does not automatically mean you have lupus. Your immune system is your body's natural defense against disease. A positive ANA blood test shows that your immune system is making an antibody (protein) that reacts with components of your body's cells.
A positive rubella IgG test result is good-it means that you are immune to rubella and cannot get the infection. This is the most common rubella test done. Negative: Less than 7 IU/mL IgG antibodies and l...more
