No need for MMR vaccination .rubella is a viral infection, no need for any treatment .repeat your rubella igm after 3 months .do not conceive till rubella igm becomes negative.

Igg+ve means your wife had infection in the past. Igm+ve means recent infection.
Igg+ve will not effect the current Pregnancy, nothing to worry.

Rubella is a viral infection ,no treatment is required ,it will be cured by itself.
You don't need rubella vaccination as you have already developed immunity against it (igG+ve).
Repeat rubella igm after 3-6 months ,Plan Pregnancy once igm is -ve.

No, past infection does not affect future conception. A recent infection (IgM+)or a reactivated /chronic infection (disease symptoms or rising IgG titre) has more significance. So if it's only IgG and you have no other symptoms ,don't worry.

lybrate-user, as your igm rubella is negative and igg rubella is positive you are already immunised to rubella you do not need any injection.
