Hello lybrate-user
your above values suggest that you already have immunity for rubella and cmv.
That is a good thing. You don't have to worry about getting infected and you don't have to take any medicine. Stop rovamycin.

Igg positive shows immunity or past infection so not of much use for any medical plan.
If had any recent infection then needs to be repeated to check whether increasing or not.
If no recent infection - not of importance and if other reports, vacinations and supplements started then can go ahead for pregnancy.

These tests are not worthwhile for most patients. A positive torch test simply means the patient has positive antibody levels against that particular infection and is therefore protected against them.
You may connect over a video/audio call for further detailed consultation.

The igg rubella test is ordered when a woman is pregnant or is planning on becoming pregnant. It is ordered whenever a check for immunity against rubella is required. Igm and igg rubella tests may be ordered when a pregnant woman has signs and symptoms that may indicate a rubella infection.
To determine the right range of igg depends on various factors that needs to be considered after a detailed discussion only.
