I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Heart block can be diagnosed through an electrocardiogram (ekg) that records the heart's electrical activity. Some cases of heart block go away on their own if the factors causing it are treated or resolved, such as changing medications or recovering after heart surgery.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

the burning sensation in the chest might be like gastritis.
Take tab pan 40 mg 1-0-1, 30 min before meals for 5 days.
Avoid spicy, oily food, tea and coffee.
Keep yourself well hydrated and have your meals at right time always. For difficulty while passing stools and hemorrhoids its better to consult a general surgeon.

in adults, normal sinus rhythm usually accompanies a heart rate of 60 to 100 bpm. However, it's possible for sinus rhythm to be faster or slower than this and still be considered normal.
