Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.

Excess fluid inside the eye can lead to sight-threatening eye diseases— making early diagnosis absolutely vital. Collagen, water and protein are the primary materials that make up the eye — but sometimes, a surplus of fluid can accumulate inside the eye, increasing the risk of serious eye diseases.

Hi, 1) please get your cholesterol levels under control. For the spots on eye lid called xanthelasma, you can consult local dermatologist. They will remove it via a small procedure. 2) please consult urologist. It could be bph issue. 3) you need not take any medication as such, unless you face issues like hot flares, mood swings etc. Kindly consult gynecologist for the same.
