Altered signal intensity is seen in supraspinatus tendon appearing hyperintense on pd/stir extending to the articular surface at the foot print on the greater tuberosity s/o tendinosis with partial tear. Mild atrophy of supraspinatus muscle is seen. Mild impingement of acromio-clavicular joint over the myotendinous junction of supraspinatus muscle is seen with acromiohumeral interval of 6 mm. Rest of the rotator cuff muscles and tendons shows normal morphology and signal pattern. Biceps muscles and its tendinous attachment shoes normal morphology and signal pattern. 1.pendulum stretch do this exercise first. Relax your shoulders. Stand and lean over slightly, allowing the affected arm to hang down. Swing the arm in a small circle — about a foot in diameter. Perform 10 revolutions in each direction, once a day. As your symptoms improve, increase the diameter of your swing, but never force it. When you're ready for more, increase the stretch by holding a light weight (three to five pounds) in the swinging arm.
2. Towel stretch hold one end of a three-foot...more

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness have developed due to weakness of the ligaments &inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.

Two weeks back when I suddenly got up from the chair, I felt some tightness in my right knee. I felt like my knee was locked. But when I tried to stand up, I heard a pop sound from the knee with intense pain which lasted for about 20 seconds. Later when when I tried to walk or climb stairs, I feel like my knee joint is slipping off, I can't give strength to my leg and I also can't flex or extend my leg properly. I am using a knee support bandage for the last two week and even while using it also I experienced the slip off feeling. So I consulted a doctor in my neighborhood, he advised for mri. In the mri report, the finding was discoid lateral meniscus. But the Dr. said only in one image of the mri there is a small tear. He said if the symptoms are not hindering my daily activities better not do the surgery as it can lead from partial menisectomy to a complete and can even progress to arthritis issue in later stages. Im just 25 now. I have been using knee support for the last two weeks and pain and anti inflammatory medicines for last 1 week. Now I feel better. Now I can walk with bandages but im scared to apply pressure on my right leg. I do not flex the right leg now. What should I do now. I need a good opinion from your side. Is it safe to walk with that small injury to the meniscus. Will I be able to do at least my regular activities properly. please reply me back.

Yes do x-ray of affected knee. U can do the following exercises for knee pain
follow these dos and don’ts to help your knees feel their best.
1. Don’t rest too much. Too much rest can weaken your muscles, which can worsen joint pain. Find an exercise program that is safe for your knees and stick with it. If you're not sure which motions are safe or how much you can do, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist.
2. Do exercise. Cardio exercises strengthen the muscles that support...more

Yes mri scan is a good option may be other injuries may not require any surgical intervention .thats why treating doctor must not have done anything to it, but if you have pain or discomfort prp therapy (platelet rich plasma )is good non surgical treatment, that will heal your injured portion.
