There is no cure for allergy. If you are sensitive to something, it remains the same according to modern medicine. Don't know about ayurveda/homeo.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
azeflo is a combination of an antihistamine and a low dose steroid. Otrivin is a very powerful decongestant. They work differently and are used for different purposes. You should consult an ent surgeon to better understand your symptoms and get the appropriate treatment. Otrivin is not recommended for use for more than 5-7 days as it can cause a lot of other problems in time.
Hope this answers your question
best wishes.

My personal advice is not to use it. A combination of antibiotics covering gram-ve and +ve micro organism is the treatment of choice.

Dear user, you have raised a very valid question. The balloon dilatation tuboplasty is a minimally invasive procedure and very quick too. It has shown to be effective for a lot of patients with minimal side effects. You can visit your ent doctor for a complete workup before he decides to go ahead with the procedure. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback ...more

If you are symptoms free, just relax but be cautious of any discharge / fever / pain. If all is well you do not need to worry but personally I feel a probiotic will do you good.
