unfortunately, a cure is not yet established, but maybe we can work on making you slightly more comfortable. Please share all treatments that you have tried so far and which of them worked even a little bit for you.(nasal irrigation and douches; nose drops (e.g. Glucose-glycerine, liquid paraffin); antibiotics and antimicrobials; vasodilators etc)

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. You are suffering from perennial allergic rhinitis.
You can take levocetrizine plus montelukast tablet at night. You take nasal decongestant consisting fluticasone plus azelastine nasal spray (duonase, azeflo). But don't take it for long time.
Better to follow some preventive measures such as avoidance of dust, fumes,smoke and pollens.
Avoid drinking cold drinks, water, freezed stuffs after exercise or coming from hot humid environment. Use mask and consult the ent specialist.

Avoid using nasal sprays. Long term use of sprays leads to a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa. U can take non sedative antihistamines. For further doubts you can reach me. Take care.
