2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.

That means your are hypersensitive for the vaccine and taking 2 nd dose might complicate your condition.

Such advice is given considering all the points- detailed personally taken medical history, examination and all reports so ask same or another gynecologist by personally meeting.

You are suffering from perennial allergic rhinitis.
You can take levocetrizine plus montelukast tablet at night. You take nasal decongestant consisting fluticasone plus azelastine nasal spray (duonase, azeflo). But don't take it for long time.
Better to follow some preventive measures such as avoidance of dust, fumes,smoke and pollens.
Avoid drinking cold drinks, water, freezed stuffs after exercise or coming from hot humid environment. Use mask and consult the ent specialist.

Avoid using nasal sprays. Long term use of sprays leads to a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa. U can take non sedative antihistamines. For further doubts you can reach me. Take care.
