Try simple lubricating eye drops such as zyaqua, 2 - 3 times daily for dry eyes. There is no hurry regarding surgery for mild cataract with 6/6 vision, with spectacles.

Dont worry. Caract is an old age problem. If it is present n person less dan 50 yrs its termed as presenile. It can b presenile perse or secondry to trauma, ocular infection, etc (complicated cataract)
it has surgical cure. But the type of surgery will depend after accesing your lens status. Lens capsule status, state of the pupil and associated conditions. So see an ophthlmologist who would asses all dese and explain you the surgical procedure. Do not panic.
