Rosacea or acne Rosacea as we call it increases when you are exposed to extremes of temperature, sunlight, excessive heat, eating spicy food and emotional changes. Try using good physical sunscreen daily and avoid eating spicy food and direct sun exposure and consult a qualified dermatologist for further treatment.
