Asked for male, 20 years old from Dhanbad

I have automatic sticky clear discharge from penis whole day or urine leakage ,smelly urine ,stomach pain during erection ,since 8 month sometimes inching over penis tip or burning feel on urethra. More 15-20 times whole day discharge when I talk to girlfriend or when I smoke or drink or eat non veg or spicy food instant discharge from penis or full body weakness, pain over lower abdomen ,pain inside urethra after erection, I am so confused about my problem is it is chlamydia or any other std I have tested for hsv, hiv,hbsag, tbha,lipid profile ,cholesterol, semen analysis. Or diet or uti or something else because I have test many times but doctor say first it's chronic prostatitis, then uti (klebsiella found on eps culture, then medicine not works then doctor says it's dhaat syndrome but diet is sticky whitish discharge but I have clear watery discharge. Then I have test again on cmc vellore doctor says you have nothing no any infection even on urine or even on blood they not given me a single medicine reports r normal I am so confused help me please sir or mam.
