Hey there, if you will not get treatment done then it is dangerous for health and a source of infection. Rct is very safe and then get a crown/cap over the molar.

Hello mam, after rct you can expect some discomfort for 1-3 days while chewing which is absolutely normal and will come down, you can take pain medication till that period which is okay. If your pain is severe even after taking medication then consult with your dentist for the better understanding of your condition.

Go to good dental clinic, dentist will give you local anaesthesia and after he will do root canal procedure if you scared by injection, don't worry dentist will apply topical anaesthesia gel before injection now a day, rct is painless procedure.
