You should visit a dentist and get an x-ray done. Seems like it is re infection of the same tooth that may occur in rare cases, or infection of a neighbouring tooth. Either way, you must see a dentist. If it is a case of reinfection, re rct may be needed in that tooth.

If you are suffering from regular headache or your headache is confined to one area of your head, culprit might be an infected upper tooth.
If you are suffering from ear pain, again culprit might be any infected lower tooth.

Root canal treatment (RCT) or endodontic treatment is a common procedure in dentistry. Root canal treatment is indicated if the pulp is irreversibly inflamed or in case of pulpal death caused by decay, tooth cracks or chips, or dental trauma.
Root canal therapy is considered by many to be the most feared dental procedure.
Dental pain is never normal, and it is unlikely to go away on its own.

Root canal therapy is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or infected.

Root canal therapy is performed when the pulp which is composed of nerves and blood vessels in the tooth becomes infected or damaged.
During root canal therapy, the pulp is removed, and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed.
It's important to understand the signs and symptoms and plan your dental appointment soon.

Cost depends upon the expertise of the dentist and the type of crown you chose. Zirconia crowns are the most expensive.
