Effects may vary from person to person. Fluconazole is long acting while itraconazole needs to be consumed daily. Both itraconazole and fluconazole can affect the metabolism of other drugs and decrease their effects. I would like to know what medicines you are taking for diabetes to be able to advice if it will be having any effects or not. There are various treatment options available for its treatment but not every medicine works for everyone. I will need to see the extent of lesion so prescribe you accordingly. Use clotrimazole ointment wherever you hv rashes and itching. Apply thrice after cleaning properly. Tab.fluconazole 200 mg mng and nyt for 5 days
soap keto .wash with it only on affected areas. Follow gud hygiene. Wash your clothes seperately and dry it well. Don't use others towels.
