You can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.more

Dear lybrate-user,
you should take anti fungal treatment after a proper consultation from a dermatologist. Treatment may continue for 3-4 months. Regular follow up is required and medicines are changed according to the improvement. It is difficult to comment on medicines without examining.
Thanks and regards.

Hello. I went through your query.
Keep the infected area clean and dry. Don't scratch the affected areas because this could spread the infection to other parts of your body
ringworm usually disappear with allopathic creams but recurr after you stop using it. So I advise you to take homeopathic treatment which cure ringworm completely & permanently. No chance of recurrence. 100% cure. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Dear lybrate-user,
we should never apply cream containing steroids on fungal infection for following reasons:
1. It can flare up fungal infection because it reduces local immunity 2. It causes local side effects like skin thinning, stretch marks, white patch etc
you should consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
Thanks & regards.
