And Get your following test done and review with reports

1.CBC

2. Urine R/M

3.Typhidot

4. Malarial antigen

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

Check your blood for malaria,typhoid and dengue. Do blood test for CBC,DC, TC, widal, blood for Mp and dengue antigen test and consult doctor

Hi,
please go for a detailed blood investigation like cbc, widal test, mp and routine urine examination and then revert back with the reports. Till then keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Continue to taketab. Paracetamol 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Drink only boiled and cooled water.

TAKE TAB. CROCIN- 650 MG THRICE A DAY FOR FEVER. TAB. WINCOLD THRICE A DAY. TAB. PAN 40 MG ONCE A DAY. AVOID STRESS, OILY FOODS, AVOID SPICY FOODS,
TRY TO TAKE GOOD SLEEP AT NIGHT, TAKE PLENTY OF WATER, THERE ARE MANY CAUSES OF FEVER . FEVER IS SYMPTOMS OF ANY KIND OF INFECTIONS IN BODY.
TO FIND OUT CAUSES OF IT PL. CHECKUP CBC, BLOOD SUGAR, MP, WIDAL,URINE R/M. AND CONSULT AGAIN. THANKS.

Increase your immunity by taking Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

For fever you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days
