Rheumatoid Arthritis is an Auto-immune disease which has no cure completely, but there are symptomatic treatment available.

I can give you some tips which can reduce her pain.

1. Avoid cold intakes.
2. Do joint movement exercises everyday.
3. Avoid Air conditioning rooms to prevent stiffness.
4. frequent sips of hot water.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). There is no cure for this disease till date now. But if you have pain relief with medicines, hot fomentation and analgesics and some physiotherapy, then you may continue. If you take advise of dietitian that will be of help to you.
