No medicine should not be give 100 percent safe! don't be completely depends on (medication). Please improves your d3 levels, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, b complex, etc, please concentrate your diet. Compulsory change your diatory habits. Please take" immune boosters" alond with your diet. Please consult nutritionist and take advice and precautions.

If there is an acute exacerbation of symptoms like swelling and severe pain, involvement of new joints. Then there is some role of steroids. U need to show to orthopaedic/ rheumatologist to assess the activity level of disease, then only you can start steroids. If wanna consult me on video call my code is lcfbd7.

You do need to take your vaccine. But before that you need to get done certain investigations cbc, crp and d dimer. U need to stop a few medicines and based on investigation you might need to start a few 1 week prior to the vaccination and probably to continue few weeks post vaccine. U can take a consultant with me.
