Normal adult lymphocyte count should be 20-40%. Red flag range is <20% or > 55%. Since all other counts are normal and no specific health issue you may ignore it. Acute or chronic viral or bacterial infection are common causes of high lymphocyte count. You have not mentioned need for medical test. Usually they focus on some chronic health disorder. For personal satisfaction get cbc test again after about a month to look for only gross abnormality if any.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Ideally we need more information before prescribing any medicine in such case (how many days fever, any other symptoms or not etc). For now- paracetamol syrup for fever and bandy plus syrup 10 ml once at night. You should get some tests done- cbc with esr, iron studies, crp. Consult me if you have any further queries.

Difficult to comment about your chest complaints. For fever body pain etc you are advised to take adequate rest, plenty of liquid intake, paracetamol tablets 500 mg 3-4 times in a day. Acidity capsules like pan d may also be useful. If complaints don't subside within 2 days consult your physician for proper clinical examination, investigations if necessary, possible diagnosis and further medication.

It is unusual to have a fever only on the skin of the head without any other symptoms. It could be due to a local skin infection or inflammation, or it may be a symptom of a more systemic condition. It is best to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment. They may recommend some tests such as blood work or imaging to determine the cause of the fever.
