My 14 month old son was suffering from fever and cold cough for the last 3 days. He has no fever now. Breathing is very difficult due to cold and has been sleepy all day today. Reluctance to eat and cries in sleep, and has become very weak. What to do in this situation if anyone advises to.

locally apply baby Vicks vapour on chest back, sole of foot.

Health Query

I am not able to recover from common cold since last 5 days. On 7th sept, I had 100-101 fever. On 8th sept, my fever reduced to 98.0-98.7 but still had some nasal irritation. On 9th sept, my fever remained around 98.0-98.7 but my nasal mucus increased. Today, my fever reached to 99.0. I still feel irritation and mucus in my nose. My appetite is normal.
