Asked for female, 25 years old from Delhi

My mother is 52 years old, she is taking fluoxetine (1) in morning and t.clomipramine (1) + fluvoxamine (1)+ lonazep 0.5 (1) at night, since 2 months, she still has disturbing thoughts, some days she think she has improved, the next day she is back to obsessive thinking, her mood is good only once or twice a week. Lately she stopped taking the lonazep 0.5 (1) in the night because her sleep has improved. But, now from some days she is having nightmares and she wakes up in the middle of the night scarred and shivering and it takes us an hour to calm her and put her to sleep. What could be the reason for this new development? Can someone explain?

While I understand what may have led to the decision of quitting lonazep 0.5, but it is a psychiatric medication and the regimen is extremely important there. We cannot choose to stop taking it at will. It maybe helpful to reach out to your psychiatrist and complete the course of the medication as prescribed. obsessive compulsive disorder takes some time to go. Along with the medicines you have to take cognitive behavioural therapy. Have some patience with the treatment, it is of long duration but it gets cured with time.

Health Query

I am quite confused with my own behavior itself. The thing is I have been in a relationship since 7 years and these days something major happen between us that made me feel like I will lose him forever and my behaviour changed all of sudden. Before we never used to talk about taking space in relationship it was all smooth and healthy relationship but now the thing is I don't know whenever he asks me for space I get too much concerned and keep troubling him to be with me 24/7 which is obviously not possible. I was never as such before, I used to understand him whenever he used to say that we will catch up in sometime or in a day but now even if says that I will be back the question keeps on troubling me like what will he do in this time span and all rubbish sort of things strike up. I was actually not like this and I don't even want to be such a partner even I want him to take his own space but from past few days god knows what's wrong with me. Please help me out. And yes we are in long distance relationship.
