Blood in semen indicates an infection somewhere inside your sex organs like the seminal vesicles. It could also be due to an injury (did you get hurt in the groins, in your seat, recently? in some, tb of sex organs causes this. In any case you should see a urologist soon. There is nothing to be afraid of but you should also not neglect. Whatever the cause, there is treatment available.

if you are not married and if you did not have sexual intercourse then you are less likely to have prostatitis. However seminal vesiculitis I s likely. If you are getting recurrent attacks then one has to look for underlying cause for trouble. Get urine test, usg -(kub) with full bladder volume bladder wall thickness on full bladder and post-void residual urine volume and post them along with pictures of the scan
