How Can Homeopathy Help To Treat Retrograde Ejaculation?

Retrograde ejaculation is a disorder of the male reproductive system. It is the entry of semen into the urinary bladder. In this case, the sperm fails to emerge through the penis at the time of ejaculation. It is to be noted that the male patient may continue to reach sexual climax, though. He may not ejaculate or very little semen. It is medically termed as a dry orgasm. It is a major cause of male infertility. This is a rare problem. Only 0.3 to 2% of the infertility problems due to male are caused by this disorder.

There are certain risk factors attached to this disorder. This may occur due to the following reasons:

  1. Nerve damage caused due to Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis
  2. Bladder or Prostate Surgery
  3. Side effects of certain drugs taken for high blood pressure or mood disorder
  4. Spinal cord injuries
  5. Symptoms: The obvious symptoms of this disorder are listed below:
  6. Little or no semen discharged during ejaculation
  7. Male infertility
  8. Cloudy urine post sexual climax

Signs and tests: This can be detected through urine analysis. The test is conducted on the urine collected shortly after ejaculation. It will reveal the presence of a large amount of sperm in it.

Prevention: It is advisable to keep the sugar levels under control and check. Avoid medicines that can lead to this condition as a side-effect.

Complications: It is not a fatal condition. But it will lead to unwanted complications in your life. You will have to face the stress and strain of being infertile. It will hamper your conjugal relationship and sex life to a great extent.

Deal with retrograde ejaculation by homoeopathy: A homoeopathic practitioner will take a detailed report of your lifestyle first. It may include information about your habits, lifestyle, food choices, other preferences, etc. It helps the doctor to understand your basic constitution of the body. Thereafter, the right homoeopathic medicine stimulates the body and starts taking action against the disorder. The first course of action of the medicine is the primary action. After this, the body produces a secondary action, specifically against the disease. Homoeopathy provides a total treatment of this problem and the results are long-lasting.

It treats all the factors causing the disease and also lessens the risk factors. Acute drugs are prescribed to treat symptoms like abnormal semen discharge. Constitutional treatment offers relief from distressful symptoms like a dry orgasm. Regular homoeopathic treatment aims to correct the abnormality of the sympathetic nervous system that controls the process of ejaculation.

Retrograde Ejaculation - Know The Facts!

In today's time, when every one is struggling due to high stress levels, men are facing the brunt of it in the worst possible manner. Todat every 3 out of 10 men suffer from some type of male reproductive issue and one such issue is when the semen, during ejaculation, enters the bladder instead of leaving through the urethra, it is called retrograde ejaculation

Causes behind it
When men orgasm, the vas deferens (a duct through which the sperm travels to urethra) moves the sperm to the prostrate, where other fluids mix with it to form liquid semen. The bladder neck muscle (the muscle at the exit to the bladder) narrows down, so the ejaculation doesn’t enter the bladder accidentally when it enters the urethra (tube inside the penis) from the prostate. If you are suffering from retrograde ejaculation, this bladder neck muscle doesn’t compress properly. This results in sperm entering the bladder instead of the urethra.

The causes which lead to weakening of the bladder neck muscle include:

  1. Prostate or bladder neck surgery
  2. Side effect of some medications, such as medicines taken for high blood pressure, mood disorders and prostate enlargement
  3. Nerve damage due to diabetes, spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis (a disease of the immune system wherein it attacks the protective covering of the nerves).

Symptoms that you must look out for
The symptoms and signs of retrograde ejaculation include:

  1. Dry orgasm: Little to no ejaculation is present when you have an orgasm.
  2. Cloudy urine after sex: The semen enters the bladder thus, making the urine cloudy
  3. Male infertility: Since there is hardly any ejaculation, conceiving becomes difficult

How it can be treated
Until and unless retrograde ejaculation interferes with fertility, it requires no treatment. In such scenarios, retrograde ejaculation is treated by taking a closer look at the underlying causes. If nerve damage is the cause, then drugs might help, especially for condition such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis and other diseases or surgeries. However, drugs are not effective if you had surgeries such as bladder neck or prostate surgery.

Being on drugs such as alpha blockers for high blood pressure or prostate problems, or medications for mood disorders, might cause retrograde ejaculation. In such cases, your doctor will advise you to stay off the drugs for some time. Since, infertility is a symptom of retrograde ejaculation, you might require fertility treatments, especially if you and your partner are trying for a baby. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

No Semen At Ejaculation! The Mystery Of Dry Orgasm Revealed!

No Semen At Ejaculation! The Mystery Of Dry Orgasm Revealed!

I am sure that all the men might have come across this term known as 'Dry Orgasm'. This is a highly contradictory and is a major reason for worry in men of the varied age. For starters, it is good to know what the meaning of a dry orgasm is. As the name suggests, dry orgasm means men masturbating as always, but without an ejaculation, meaning there is no semen ejaculation while masturbation. The dry orgasm could be common in boys below the age of puberty since their bodies have not started producing semen as of yet and hence, their dry spell most certainly disappears with age. But it sure is a thing to worry if you are not in your adolescence years and going through the midlife crisis! Meaning, it is not normal for a man in his middle ages or above to be masturbating without an ejaculation. It is possible that this is more of a temporary sort of an issue in such men, but otherwise, it could be a signal that there is something serious going on in your body!

One of the reasons which have been identified by the researchers is that in the case of Middle Ages men, the situation is called as retro-gradation of ejaculation. This means that when you are stimulating your penis the semen which has been prepared for an ejaculation somehow gets directed in the wrong direction and hence it does not ejaculate from the tip of the penis. In such men, they might have made the common observation of cloudy urination which is basically due to the fact that misdirected semen goes to the bladder and is mixed with the urine, hence, making it cloudy. Even though this could be easily treated and could also be an underlying reason for stress, it surely is not good for your sex life since the impact made by the ejaculation of sperm within the vagina goes missing and therefore, the climax is not as good as expected.

A dry orgasm is also a common phenomenon caused in men who are hyper-sexually active and hence, as a result of the body answers back with a dry orgasm. The logic behind this is simple, in a man who is sexually active, that is, for an average young man the ideal number of ejaculations in a day is about 5-6. Therefore, if one has done it more than 5-6 times, it is most likely to get difficult for the body to keep up with the speed of ejaculation and production of semen. In such cases, men should rather give it a rest and let the process be as natural as it is.

Last but not the least; older men with dry orgasm are more prone to the risk of developing prostate cancer. In men who have aged above, 55 should make sure they consult a specialist as soon as possible.
But this is not the end of the discussion, especially if you are trying to conceive then it is best if you take up our Ayurvedic treatment. For one, it is perfectly safe and gives no side effects, whatsoever! And second, our ayurvedic medication has had 100%success rates into removing dry orgasm from a man's life.  In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Penis Health and Diabetes: What Are the Risks?

Lots of men deserve to be praised for the careful attention they pay to their penis health. They wash their manhood regularly (with a gentle cleanser), air it out as needed, make sure it gets plenty of exercise, use a penis health crème daily, and so on. But despite focusing so much attention on the penis itself, guys can still develop penis health issues due to conditions which, on the surface, don't seem like they should have an impact on the penis. Diabetes is one of those conditions.

About diabetes

Diabetes is definitely not one of those obscure diseases that no one knows about. There are more than 30,000,000 people living with diabetes in the U.S. right now (and about 7,000,000 of them don't know it). It's the 7th leading cause of death, playing a role in more than 250,000 deaths each year. And the annual cost of diabetes in America runs about $245 billion.Clearly, diabetes is a serious condition, one in which the body has a hard time managing its blood sugar (glucose) levels. Glucose provides energy for tissue and muscle cells and fuel for the brain. When those levels are not appropriate, there can be serious damage over the long term.

The penis connection

So how does diabetes impact the penis? One way is by creating erectile dysfunction. The erectile process involves the nerves in the body responding to a pleasurable feeling and the penile blood vessels receiving a large influx of blood, which fills spongy tissue in the penis, allowing it to swell up and become erect. But diabetes can affect that process. When blood sugar is at an elevated level for too long a time, it can cause deterioration in the nerves. As a result, there is a lessening of the pleasurable sensations. This not only makes sexual contact less enjoyable, but it keeps the nerves from sending a strong signal to get the blood pumping.

High sugar levels also cause damage to blood vessels, including those in the penis. They are not able to expand as much as they need to in order to accommodate a great influx of blood. This can dampen both the firmness and the duration of an erection.

Retrograde ejaculation

But erectile dysfunction is not the only penis health issue diabetes can create. In some cases, diabetes can contribute to a condition known as retrograde ejaculation. In this condition, when a man ejaculates, he does so with either no semen or a very small volume of semen shooting forth from the penis. This is because diabetes damages a sphincter which "closes off" access to the bladder during ejaculation. With the sphincter open, semen flows into the bladder instead of out of the penis and is later evacuated from the bladder during urination. Retrograde ejaculation doesn't decrease orgasm, but it does make it difficult for a man to sire a child.

Thrush

Finally, diabetes can contribute to the development of thrush, a yeast infection, in men. Blood sugar from urine that dribbles onto the penis helps the yeast infection develop. Thrush causes the glans to become swollen, red and sore; generates itchiness in the penis; produces pain when urinating; and creates a powerful, unpleasant odor.Managing diabetes properly is crucial to maintaining proper penis health - and to maintaining better overall health as well. Consulting with a doctor is crucial for proper diabetes management.

Some symptoms of diabetes-related penis issues can be addressed by applying a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) regularly. A crème with vitamin A will have anti-bacterial properties that can help reduce the penis odor related to thrush. And one with L-arginine can help the body produce nitric oxide, which helps keep penile blood vessels open so that blood flow can improve.

Ejaculation Problems: When Orgasms Are Dry

Ejaculation Problems: When Orgasms Are Dry

Men tend to have many different feelings about ejaculation, most of them positive. True, sometimes the timing of a guy's ejaculation may be a little off, but in general men look forward to the experience with anticipation and glee. And, of course, aspects of ejaculation are tied into matters of penis health as well. All of which explains why a man who experiences ejaculation problems such as anejaculation may feel worried and anxious.

What is an ejaculation?

When a man has an ejaculation, he is unable to ejaculate, even when the penis is directly stimulated during either partner-based sex of masturbation. There are two different kinds of an ejaculation, one of which has two further categories:

- Situational anejaculation. In this kind of anejaculation, a man is capable of ejaculating when he masturbates or having an ejaculation through nocturnal emission, but not through forms of partner-based sexual activity. This may mean no form of partner-based sex produces an ejaculation, or it may mean only specific forms are ineffective. For example, a man might not be able to ejaculate during vaginal sex but may through oral sex or through the partner's physical manipulation of his penis.

- Total or complete anejaculation. As the name implies, with total or complete anejaculation, there is no ejaculation at all. There are two categories of importance here. One is orgasmic anejaculation, in which a man still experiences an orgasm even without ejaculation. The other is inorgasmic anejaculation, in which neither ejaculation nor orgasm is experienced, even when masturbating.

Exactly how common anejaculation may be is difficult to determine. However, one study that looked at various ejaculatory issues in men found that 37% of the men with ejaculatory problems included anejaculation among their issues.

It should also be noted that sometimes what is diagnosed as orgasmic anejaculation may in fact be retrograde ejaculation, a situation in which semen is rerouted into the bladder rather eliminated via urethral ejaculation. Measuring urine for semen content can verify the proper diagnosis.

What causes it?

Why might a man experience anejaculation? There can be numerous causes. It may be due to a psychological factor which causes discomfort that interferes with the penis' ability to react. Sometimes it may be due to a partner not being able to provide stimulation in such a way as to bring about the desired effect; for example, they may be stimulating a less sensitive part of the penis, maybe be unable to enfold the penis in a snug enough manner, or the penis may have been de-sensitized due to rough handling.

There can be some specific physical causes, such as an obstruction in the ejaculatory duct that prevents the semen from flowing through. A spinal cord injury can also make ejaculation difficult and in some cases impossible, depending upon the severity of the injury. Or if there is damage to the autonomic nervous system, which regulates "unconscious" nervous system responses, this can impede ejaculation as well.

Some neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis, also can bring this about, as can diabetes. And in some cases, antidepressant or antipsychotic medications may be the culprit.

When the cause is physical or medicine-related, doctors can sometimes take management steps that can reduce or eliminate the problem. If the anejaculation is due to psychological factors, a man will need to undergo psychological counseling and/or sex therapy. Often cognitive-behavioral therapy is useful in identifying the psychological cause and determining how to overcome the problem.

Working out the reasons for and treatment of anejaculation is crucial. Things are made easier if steps are taken to keep the penis in good general health, such as regularly using a penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Men should definitely seek out a crème that include L-carnitine, an amino acid shown to protect against peripheral nerve damage caused by friction, compression, and other common injuries, which can lead to reduced sensation or numbness. The crème should also include vitamin B5. Also called pantothenic acid, this vitamin is required for cell metabolism and maintenance of healthy tissue.

Reasons Of Dry Orgasm

Dr. Rajesh Tewari 90% (5162 ratings)

Reasons Of Dry Orgasm

What causes dry orgasms?

  • Men may have dry orgasms for a variety of reasons.
  • Younger men with short refractory periods might have them occasionally. The refractory period is a period of time after orgasm during which a man’s body recovers and doesn’t respond to sexual stimulation. These intervals often don’t last long in younger men. In fact, it can be just minutes before a man is “ready to go” again. And he might climax several times during one sexual encounter.
  • Eventually, however, the well runs dry. A man has a limited amount of semen to ejaculate and if he keeps going, that supply will be depleted. It’s not a cause for worry, though. In a day or two, the man’s body will produce semen to replace what has been ejaculated and he’ll be back to a full supply.
  • Certain medical conditions can lead to dry orgasms, too, especially in older men. Men who have had surgery for prostate cancer or an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia) often experience dry orgasm. So do men who have had their bladder removed.
  • Other possible causes include medications (such as those for high blood pressure or an enlarged prostate), radiation therapy, nerve damage, low testosterone, and spinal cord injury.
  • In some cases, men develop retrograde ejaculation. When this happens, semen isn’t expelled from the tip of the penis. Instead, it goes backward into the bladder. It is not harmful, however. The semen exits the body when the man urinates.

How do dry orgasms affect fertility?

Men who regularly have dry orgasms have difficulty getting their partner pregnant through intercourse. But it still might be possible for them to father children. For example, men who have retrograde ejaculation may have sperm cells removed from their urine. Those cells can be used to fertilize egg cells. Eventually, an embryo can be transferred to a woman’s uterus.

Do men with dry orgasms still need to practice safe sex?

Men who have dry orgasms should still use condoms if they want to reduce the risk of unplanned pregnancy or sexually-transmitted infections. Some men do ejaculate small amounts of semen, so safe sex is still important.

What can men do about dry orgasms?

If dry orgasms are a problem for you, be sure to see your doctor. If a medication is the cause, changing medications might be the solution. (Note: One should never adjust medication without the advice of a doctor.) If you and your partner wish to conceive a child, your doctor can refer you to a fertility specialist.
